Child safety policy

Every tutor who teaches children completes an identity check and a police clearance check before teaching.

During lessons

• A parent or carer should be at home and within earshot for learners under 13.
• Lessons take place on our approved video platforms only, never private chats.
• Tutors never ask children for personal contact details or photos.
